1. Ad-lib Design:
This is when we meet the client, then go over there needs, wants, looks, area, conditions, plant material, and budget. We put all of the factors together and landscape without a drawing.
2. Deposit Design:
We meet with client, go over there needs, wants, looks, area, conditions, plant material, budget and deposit for design. Then draw up a landscape design. After landscape design drawing is completed and okayed by the client, deposit is then deducted from the total amount of landscaping job.
Time frame: (+/-) 4-8 weeks.
3. Architectural set and size:
Meet client go over there needs, wants, looks, area, conditions, plant material, and budget. Draw Landscape design full size set of drawings (Planting Plan is based per hour).
Time frame: (+/-) 6-10 weeks. This is for the do it yourselves client or bid out job.
Optional:
Upon 1st-deposit before the design process starts the Owner/Designer can meet with the client at a nursery to show and go over plant material.
